Join a dynamic, engineering-led turnkey data centre delivery specialist with projects spanning Europe and headquartered in Dublin.

We are seeking two Senior QS professionals to support the commercial management of large-scale data-centre projects in Finland. You will manage cost control, contract administration, change order management and forecasting within mission-critical build environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quantity surveying activities across mechanical, electrical and structural scopes on data-centre projects.
• Manage cost planning, value engineering, change order management, claims and final accounts.
• Liaise with project management, procurement, design and construction teams to ensure financial targets and commercial governance.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts, cash flow statements and risk registers.
• Travel and work on site/regional basis in Finland; rotation/accommodation/travel support provided.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7–8 years’ experience as a QS on large scale construction projects, ideally data-centre or mission-critical environment.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, contract administration (FARIC/NEC or equivalent), change order/variation management.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and commercial skills.
• Able to work in a multinational, multilingual environment; willingness to relocate/travel to Finland on rotation basis.
